 tray dryer is a batch-based industrial equipment consisting of an insulated chamber with stacks of trays where wet solid materials are placed. Hot air is circulated through the chamber by fans, which absorbs moisture from the materials, causing it to evaporate and be expelled. These dryers are used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries to dry various products like powders, granules, and pastes.  

A vacuum oven with a cooling system dries samples by using a vacuum to lower the boiling point of moisture, enabling faster drying at lower, safer temperatures, especially for heat-sensitive materials. The integrated cooling system actively reduces the chamber temperature after the drying process, preventing oxidation of sensitive materials and allowing for efficient, uniform cooling to a set temperature. This combination of low-temperature vacuum drying and rapid cooling extends material shelf life and optimizes processes in industries like pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and materials science.  How it works

1. Vacuum Creation: A vacuum pump removes air from the sealed chamber, creating a low-pressure environment. 
2. Lowered Boiling Point: The reduced pressure significantly lowers the boiling point of solvents, allowing water and other volatiles to evaporate at much lower temperatures than at atmospheric pressure. 
3. Heat Transfer: Heat is transferred to the samples, typically through radiation, to drive the evaporation process. 
4. Cooling System: Once the desired drying is achieved, the cooling system, often involving a sealed condensing unit or refrigerant circuit, rapidly cools the chamber and its contents. 
5. Uniform Temperature: The cooling ensures that the entire product reaches the desired low temperature uniformly, which is crucial for extending shelf life
